green oriental radish (120 g)
carrot (240 g)
spare rib
Chinese almonds
Peking dates
ginger a pinch of salt and pepper. |

Method:

Peel green
oriental radish and carrot. Chop into pieces.
Rinse.

Rinse spare rib. Chop. Put in
boiling water. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30"
- 1' as scalding. Remove and drain well.

Pour spare rib, green oriental
radish, carrot, Chinese almonds, preserved dates
and sliced ginger in a tureen. Pour in some
boiling water till 80% full. Seal well.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 8-10 minutes. Turn
to SLOW COOK (LOW) to double-boil for 1 hours.
Add in seasonings. Dish up and serve.
