minced beef vermicelli sheets diced parsley ginger juice wine
light soy sauce sugar ginger juice wine corn flour a dash of sesame a pinch of pepper
Method:
Place some minced beef on each vermicelli sheet, roll up, arrange in a platter. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 3-5 minutes.
Serve 2 persons
