Method:

Rinse the eel,
remove intestines. Place a pot water into a
microwave oven, boil with (70%) MED HIGH for 1-3
minutes. Scald the eel in the hot water to
remove the smile, wipe dry, cut into pieces,
then arrange on plate for later use.

Spread the seasonings evenly on
the eel. Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) with cover
for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle on diced spring
onion, serve hot.
