Steamed Eel in Black Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (600g)
1 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp

Seasonings:
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

 

eel
hashed garlic
salted black bean paste
diced spring onion
diced red chili


light soy sauce
salted black bean paste
hashed garlic
corn flour
water
some diced red chili
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper.
 

Method:

  1. Rinse the eel, remove intestines. Place a pot water into a microwave oven, boil with (70%) MED HIGH for 1-3 minutes. Scald the eel in the hot water to remove the smile, wipe dry, cut into pieces, then arrange on plate for later use.

  2. Spread the seasonings evenly on the eel. Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) with cover for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle on diced spring onion, serve hot.

Serve 2 persons
