fresh shelled prawns
mussels
scallops
garoupa fillet (sliced)
eggs
broth
ginger juice
wine
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

Method:
-
Remove intestines
of prawns and scallops, rinse. Blend marinade
into the prawns, scallops, garoupa and mussels,
stir well, marinade for 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs, add in 1/2 cup of
broth and the seafood, stir well. Microwave on
MED HIGH (70%) for 5-7 minutes till the egg is
done. Serve hot.
