Steamed Fish Head in Black Bean Sauce Recipe Microwave Cooking

big fish head
salted black bean
chopped garlic
grated ginger
diced red chili
light soy sauce
light soy sauce
sugar
corn flour
a pinch of pepper
a dash of sesame oil
Method:
Rinse fish head.
Wipe dry. Chop. Add in seasonings, chopped black
bean, garlic, grated ginger, diced red chili and
a little light soy sauce. Stir well.
Place a fish head on the plate
and cook with cover on microwave MED HIGH (70%)
for 7-12 minutes.
