Steamed Fish Head in Black Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 / about 600 g
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tbsp

Seasonings:
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp


 

big fish head
salted black bean
chopped garlic
grated ginger
diced red chili
light soy sauce


light soy sauce
sugar
corn flour
a pinch of pepper
a dash of sesame oil
 

Method:

  1. Rinse fish head. Wipe dry. Chop. Add in seasonings, chopped black bean, garlic, grated ginger, diced red chili and a little light soy sauce. Stir well.

  2. Place a fish head on the plate and cook with cover on microwave MED HIGH (70%) for 7-12 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
