Steamed Fish with Soy Milk Stick and Deep-Fried Bean curd Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 piece
6 pieces
240 g
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp

Seasonings:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp
2 tbsp

 

soy milk stick (sectioned)
deep-fried bean curd
fish (rib portion)
salted yellow bean
grated ginger
chopped garlic
chopped spring onion
diced parsley


light soy sauce
sugar
corn flour
vegetable oil
broth
a pinch of pepper
a dash of sesame oil
 

Method:

  1. Rinse fish, Wipe dry. Add in seasonings, soy milk stick, deep-fried bean curd, salted black bean, grated ginger and chopped garlic. Stir well.

  2. Place a fish on the plate. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 4-7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and diced parsley. Serve hot.

Serve 2 persons
