ham
Peking cabbage
broth
vegetables oil a pinch of salt and pepper
broth
light soy sauce
sugar
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper |

Method:

Slice the ham,
rinse for later use.

Rinse Peking cabbage, cut into
large sections.

Arrange ham and Peking cabbage
on plate, add in seasonings, 1 tbsp vegetable
oil and 1 tbsp broth. Cover and microwave on
HIGH (100%) for 3-5 minutes.

Pour 1 tbsp vegetable oil and
sauce into a deep bowl. Microwave on MED HIGH
(70%) for 2-3 minutes, then pour on vegetable,
serve hot.
