Steamed Yoghurt with Asparagus Spears and Dried scallops Recipe Microwave Cooking

Seasoning:

Sauce: 1/2 cup

Corn flour water:
1 tsp
1 tbsp
egg white
milk
dried scallops
asparagus spears
superior broth
a pinch of salt & pepper

salt
sugar
a pinch of pepper
a dash of sesame oil
corn flour
water
Method:
Rinse dried
scallops. Dice.
Rinse asparagus spears. Slice.
Mix egg white with seasonings.
Stir well. Place in a deep plate. Microwave on
MED HIGH (70%) for 9-13 minutes till egg white
becomes solid. Remove.
Put a little oil, sauce together
with diced dried scallop and sliced asparagus
spear. Cover and microwave on MED (50%) for 2-3
minutes. Thicken sauce with corn flour water.
Pour over steamed egg. Serve.
