Stewed Chicken Dices with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

120 g
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp

Seasonings:
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp

Marinade:
1/2 tsp
1/3 tsp
1/2 tsp

 

Sauce:
2 tbsp
1 tsp


 

diced chicken thigh fillet
diced green pepper
diced red pepper
diced turnip
diced onion


grated ginger
chopped garlic


light soya sauce
sugar
cornflour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper


superior broth
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper
 

 

Method:

  1. Marinade chicken fillet with marinade for 15 minutes.

  2. Put 1 tbsp oil, diced onion, grated ginger, chopped garlic, chicken fillet and dried turnip in a casserole. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Stir in diced green and red pepper, sauce to cook with cover at microwave MED (50%) for 2 minutes till boiled. Dish up and serve.

 

Serve 3 persons
