Stewed Cod with Corn Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 piece
5 tbsp
1

Marinade:
1 tsp
 

Seasonings:
1 tsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp

 

cod (about 450g)
cream style corn
egg


lemon juice
a pinch of salt and pepper


chopped shallot
white wine
butter
superior broth
a pinch of salt and pepper
 

Method:

  1. Rinse cod. Wipe dry. Stir in marinade and leave for 10 minutes. Dust on a little corn flour for later use.

  2. Mix 2 tbsp butter with the chopped shallot in a casserole. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  3. Put in cod. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.

  4. Splash wine. Pour in seasonings and egg sauce. Stir well, cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
