Stewed Marrow with Black Mushroom and Quail Eggs Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Seasonings:
1 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 cup
1 tsp
 

 

soaked fish maw
black mushrooms
quail eggs
bone marrow
grated ginger
hashed garlic
ginger juice
Shaoxing wine


oyster sauce
light soy sauce
sugar
broth
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper
 

Method:

  1. Place quail eggs into a pot of water, microwave on HIGH (100%) for 8-10 minutes, remove. Place ginger juice wine, fish maw and bone marrow in a casserole. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute, cut into sections.

  2. Soak tender black mushrooms, remove stalks, rinse and add in a little ginger juice and wine.

  3. Put 1 tbsp oil, grated ginger, hashed garlic and 1 tsp Shaoxing wine into a casserole, stir well, cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute. Then add in black mushrooms, fish maw, bone marrow, quail eggs and seasonings, microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 4-5 minutes, cook further with MED LOW (40%) for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.

Serve 2 persons
