Stewed Seafood in Cream and Ketchup Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

210 g
120 g
120 g
120 g
2 tbsp

Marinade:
1/2

 

Seasonings:
3 tbsp
2 tbsp
1/3 tsp
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp

 

shrimp (shelled)
garoupa
squid
scallops (shelled)
diced tomato


corn flour
a little salt, pepper, white wine & lemon juice


ketchup
fresh cream
sugar
chopped shallot
grated ginger
chopped garlic
a pinch of salt and pepper
 

Method:

  1. Devein shrimps, squid and scallops. Chop garoupa into pieces. Rinse and wipe dry above seafood. Blend in marinade. Leave for 5  minutes.

  2. Put 2 tbsp oil together with chopped shallot, garlic and grated ginger in casserole. Cover and microware on HIGH (100 %) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  3. Stir in above seafood, cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with a little white wine. Stir in seasonings. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 2-3 minutes. Dish up and serve.

Serve 2 persons
