Stewed Seafood Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade:

Sauce:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 cup
1 1/2 tsp
 

 

fresh shelled prawns
garoupa fillet
scallops
broccoli
cauliflower


ight soy sauce
sugar
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

broth
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper
 

Method:

  1. Rinse and remove intestines of prawns, garoupa and scallops. Wipe dry the seafood, blend in marinade to marinade for about 5 minutes.

  2. Rinse broccoli and cauliflower, trim into bouquets. Prepare a pot of boiling water, add in 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp salt and the vegetable, microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2-3 minutes. Arrange on plate.

  3. Pour 1 tbsp oil and sauce into a casserole, mix well. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1-2 minutes. Add in seafood, microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 3-5 minutes, then pour the mixture on vegetable. Serve hot.

Serve 2 persons
