Method:
-
Rinse and remove
intestines of prawns, garoupa and scallops. Wipe
dry the seafood, blend in marinade to marinade
for about 5 minutes.

Rinse broccoli and cauliflower,
trim into bouquets. Prepare a pot of boiling
water, add in 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp salt
and the vegetable, microwave on HIGH (100%) for
2-3 minutes. Arrange on plate.

Pour 1 tbsp oil and sauce into a
casserole, mix well. Cover and microwave on HIGH
(100%) for 1-2 minutes. Add in seafood,
microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 3-5 minutes,
then pour the mixture on vegetable. Serve hot.
