Sticky Rice with Preserved Food Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 / about 90 g
1/2 piece
1 tbsp

2 tbsp
2 tbsp

Seasonings:
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1 1/2 tsp
2 tbsp

 

Chinese sausage
preserved fat pork, about 50 g
dried shrimps (diced)
black mushrooms
sticky rice
diced parsley
chopped spring onion


dark soy sauce
light soy sauce
sugar
superior broth
a dash of sesame oil
ginger juice
Shaoxing wine
a pinch of pepper
 

 

Method:

  1. Rinse Chinese sausages, preserved fat pork, dried shrimps, wipe dry. Dice.

  2. Soak black mushrooms till tender. Trim ends. Rinse, dice, stir in a little ginger juice, Shaoxing wine and pepper.

  3. Rinse. Soak with 900 ml water for 30 minutes.

  4. Uncover, microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 10-12 minutes. Add in Chinese sausages, diced preserved fat pork, dried shrimps and diced mushrooms. Cover and microwave on MED (50%) for 7-10 minutes. Serve.

  5. Stir in seasonings, diced parsley and spring onion. Serve hot.
