Vegetable with Dried Scallops and Superior Broth Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

150 g
240 g
1 cup

Seasonings:

Sauce:
1 cup
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp


 

dried scallops
pea shoots
golden mushrooms
broccoli
broth

a pinch of salt and pepper


broth
oyster sauce
sugar
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil

Method:

  1. Rinse dried scallops, soak in 1/2 cup of broth for an hour, then microwave on MED LOW (40%) for 25-30 minutes. Remove for later use.

  2. Put the assorted vegetable in boiling water, add oil and salt, blanch on microwave with cover on MED HIGH (70%) for about 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain, arrange on plate.

  3. Pour a little oil and sauce into a deep bowl, blend in shredded dried scallops. Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes till boiled. Pour the sauce on vegetable. Serve.

Serve 2 persons
