Method:

Rinse dried
scallops, soak in 1/2 cup of broth for an hour,
then microwave on MED LOW (40%) for 25-30
minutes. Remove for later use.

Put the assorted vegetable in
boiling water, add oil and salt, blanch on
microwave with cover on MED HIGH (70%) for about
1-2 minutes. Remove and drain, arrange on plate.

Pour a little oil and sauce into
a deep bowl, blend in shredded dried scallops.
Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes till
boiled. Pour the sauce on vegetable. Serve.
