Vegetable Rolls in Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

180 g

120 g

450 g

Marinade:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
 

Sauce:
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 cup
1 1/2 tsp


 

fresh shelled prawns
garoupa fillet
crab fillet
scallops
lettuce


light soy sauce
sugar
salt
egg white
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

oyster sauce
light soy sauce
sugar
broth
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

Method:

  1. Dice and chop finely the prawns, garoupa, crab and scallops. Add in marinade, blend well to be paste for later use.

  2. Place lettuce into a pot of hot water, add in salt and oil. Scald the lettuce with microwave HIGH (100%) for 30" - 1' till tender, remove and drain.

  3. Place the seafood paste on lettuce leaves, wrap up. Arrange the lettuce rolls on a plate. Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Mix well sauce, pour into a casserole. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30" - 1' till boiled. Pour the sauce on lettuce rolls. Serve hot.

Serve 2 persons
