Method:

Dice and chop
finely the prawns, garoupa, crab and scallops.
Add in marinade, blend well to be paste for
later use.

Place lettuce into a pot of hot
water, add in salt and oil. Scald the lettuce
with microwave HIGH (100%) for 30" - 1' till
tender, remove and drain.

Place the seafood paste on
lettuce leaves, wrap up. Arrange the lettuce
rolls on a plate. Microwave on MED HIGH (70%)
for 3-4 minutes.

Mix well sauce, pour into a
casserole. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%)
for 30" - 1' till boiled. Pour the sauce on
lettuce rolls. Serve hot.
