Fresh Mushroom with Lettuce Recipe

Ingredients
200 g
1 tin
225 g
3 slice
3 slice
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
2 tbsp

Sauce:
100 ml
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
1/2 tbsp
1/2 tbsp
fresh mushrooms
(198 g) champignon, drained
lettuce break into large pieces
ginger, shredded
ginger
Chinese white wine
sugar
oil


stock
oyster sauce
Chinese white wine
sugar
corn flour

Method:

  1. Put mushrooms, champignons and 2 slices ginger, wine and sugar into a bowl. Cover with cling film and cook on HIGH 3 minutes.

  2. Put lettuce in serving dish, cover with cling film. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes. Uncover and set aside.

  3. Into a measuring jug, add oil and shredded ginger. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes. Add the sauce ingredients, stir and cook on HIGH 3 minutes.

  4. Add in mushrooms and champignon. Cover with cling film and cook on HIGH 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning and pour over lettuce and serve.

Serves 4
