Fried Pork with Cincaluk Nyonya Recipe

Ingredients:

375 g/ 3/4 lb
2
2 cloves
3 tbsp
1

1/2 cup
2 tbsp

pork, sliced
large onions, quartered; halved crosswise
garlic, chopped
cincaluk
chili, sliced
sugar to taste
water
oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic till brown. add cincaluk and fry till fragrant.

  2. Put in pork. Fry till color changes.

  3. Add in onions and chili. Stir-fry quickly. Sprinkle sugar over and mix well with the pork. Add water and bring to boil.

  4. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove and serve.
