pork, sliced
cuttlefish (sotong), sliced
liver, sliced
choy sum or bean sprouts
cloves garlic, minced
oil or lard
monosodium glutamate

light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
water or stock
Directions:
To Cook: Parboil
the noodles for about 3 minutes. Drain well.
Heat a frying pan until hot, add in 8 tbsp oil.
Over a medium fire, stir-fry the garlic, and
then the pork, prawns, liver, and cuttlefish.
Add in the sauce and boil for one minutes.
Remove the meat, add the vegetable and noodles,
stir well using chopsticks, and then add the
fried meats. Serve immediately.
