Directions:

To Cook :
Combined the rempah, tamarind water, tamarind
fruit, 2 tbsp sugar, and 3/4 tbsp salt. Bring to
boil, add in the fish or prawns and the oil.
Simmer until the meat is cooked.
Note : Cuttlefish or crabs may also
be used. |
