Prawn and pineapple curry.


Ingredients:

0.6 kg/ 1 kt

rempah (pound finely):
15 slices
1/2 thumbsize piece

add in:
1.14 litres/ 40 oz
1 tbsp
2 tbsp

fish or prawns
small pineapple, cut into cubes


lengkuas
tumeric (kunyit)
shallots (bawang merah)
red fresh chilies
shrimp paste (blachan)


water
salt
sugar

 

Directions:

  1. To Cook : Bring the rempah mixture and pineapple to boil and simmer for 5 or 10 minutes. Add in the prawns or fish and boil until the meat is cooked.
