Ingredients:

small pig's trotter, washed & cut
into bite-size pieces
garlic, crushed
dried mushrooms, soaked till soft; discard stems
sea-cucumbers, soaked & cut into bite-size pieces
light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
water
pinch of sugar

Directions:
-
Heat oil in deep pan (use an
earthenware pot, if available). Fry pig's
trotter and garlic for a few minutes.

Add mushrooms and sea-cucumbers.
Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add dark soy sauce and stir till
color is even. Add light soy sauce and sugar.
Simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour in water. Bring to boil.
Simmer till meat and sea-cucumbers are tender.

Remove from heat. Serve.
