Ingredients:

grago, rinsed &
drained well or 8 tbsp dried prawns, pounded
coconut, black skin removed & grated
daun limau purut, finely shredded
coriander (ketumbar) powder
chili powder
sugar
pepper

Directions:
-
Mix the grated
coconut and spices, and then mix in the grago.
Over a low flame, stir-fry in a dry pan, with no
oil, until the grago is crispy.
