small prawns, peeled
long beans (kacang panjang), cut into small pieces &
parboiled
coconut, grated, add 125 ml/ 4 oz water, squeeze for
milk, discard pulp
salt
sugar
oil
candlenuts (buah keras)
shallots (bawang merah)
red chili
shrimp paste (blachan)
Directions:
Heat a
frying pan until hot, add 3 tbsp oil, stir-fry
the rempah for a minutes, and then the prawns
and a little coconut milk. Stir-fry for a few
minutes and then add in the long beans. add in
the 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and the
remaining coconut milk. Simmer for 2 minutes.
