kangkong, use tender

small prawns, peeled
coconut, grated, add in 8 tbsp water, squeeze for
milk
salt
sugar
oil
candlenuts (buah keras)
shallots (bawang merah)
red chili
shrimp paste (blachan)
Directions:
Heat a frying pan
until very hot, add 5 tbsp oil and then stir-fry
the rempah, add in the prawns, and then add a
little coconut milk. Simmer for a minute, add in
the remaining coconut milk, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp
sugar, and then the kangkong. Do not overcook
the vegetables.
