(tau kua), fried & sliced
bean sprouts, parboiled
small cucumber, sliced

dark soyo sauce

Directions:
Place the sliced
cucumber on each individual serving plates.
Arrange the tau kua and then the bean sprouts
over the sliced cucumbers. Pour the peanut sauce
over the salad.
