Some of the world's most exciting cuisines come from the Far East and South-East Asia. from the vastness of China to the islands of Indonesia and Philippines, food is prepared with pleasure and keen attention to detail. Home cooks are also eager to experiment with this quick, healthy and sensual style of Asian cooking. Ingredients such as lemon grass and galangal, which could once be brought only in oriental stores, are now readily available in many supermarkets.
