Indian Onion Marinade for Fried Veal/Mutton Recipe

Ingredients

FOR 1/2 KILOGRAM VEAL / MUTTON
250 g
1 tsp
11/4 tbsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp


onion paste
garlic paste
garam masala
chili paste
ginger paste
turmeric paste
salt
Ghee for frying

Method:

  1. De-bone and chop the meat into small pieces.

  2. Combine onion, garlic, garam masala, ginger, turmeric, chili and salt.

  3. Rub this mixture into the meat and let it stand for 11/2 hours.

  4. Heat ghee, add meat mixture and fry until quite dry over a slow fire.
