cider vinegar
small onions, minced
cloves garlic, minced
ginger powder
peanut oil
ground coriander
ground cumin
ground chili
shrimp paste, roasted
water

Method:

Marinate the 2 cm cubed lamb in the vinegar for 45
minutes.

Combine onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin,
chili, shrimp paste and rub the marinated lamb in this mixture and
allow to stand for another 30 minutes.

Heat oil, fry the marinated lamb until brown.

Stir in the water and cook over a low heat until
meat is tender.
