Sweet and Sour Mango Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 kg
1 1/4 kg
450 ml
30 g
10 g
70 g

mango slices
sugar
vinegar
red chilies
cumin seeds
salt
water

Method:

  1. Grind the chilies in a little vinegar.

  2. Boil the mangoes in a little water. Then combine sugar, salt, vinegar, red chilies and cumin seeds. Bring to a boil.

  3. Cook over a medium fire until a jam-like consistency is obtained.
