Ingredients

lime
salt
chili powder

Method:

  1. Wash , dry and slit each lime fruit into four, without severing the pieces.

  2. Mix salt and chili powder and stuff into the lime fruits

  3. Put into jars and place them in the sun for four to five days. Allow it to stand for another fifteen days before serving.
