Indian Chicken Pickle Recipe

Ingredients

1 kg
125 ml
125 g
120 ml
120 g
1 tbsp
4 tbsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp

chicken
mustard oil
red chilies, paste
vinegar
salt
fenugreek seeds paste
ginger paste
mustard seeds paste
turmeric paste
garlic paste

 

Method:

  1. Grind the spices each separately into a paste with a little vinegar.

  2. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces ( with the bones) and fry light.

  3. Heat all the oil, fry the ginger, mustard, fenugreek seeds, garlic and chili pastes. Add chicken and brown it in the spices. Add vinegar.

  4. The chicken must be soaking in oil. When storing in jars, make sure the chicken is completely submerged in oil. Add salt.
