Ingredients

roasted peanuts, ground
garlic, ground
dried chili, ground
coconut milk, thick
candlenuts, ground
small onions, sliced
Salt, sugar and tamarind water to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry onions to golden color. Then add the other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer it into a thick sauce. Use as a dip for barbecued meat.
