Ingredients

1 tbsp
3 tbsp
5 tbsp
125 ml/4 fl oz
1 tbsp

spring onion
walnut-size ginger
miso
water (or 4 tbsp soy sauce)
soya oil
wine vinegar
honey

Method:

  1. Trim and wash 1 spring onion and cut it into thin rings. Pell and chop a walnut-size piece of ginger with 1 tbsp miso and 3 tbsp water (or 4 tbsp soy sauce), 5 tbsp soya oil, 125 ml/4 fl oz wine vinegar and 1 tbsp clear honey.
