small onions, ground
peanuts, roasted, pounded fine
tamarind water
mashed sweet potato
shrimp paste, roasted
oil
Sugar and salt to taste

Method:

Pound the ground ingredients and shrimp paste
together.

Heat oil, fry the pounded ingredients until cooked.

Add peanuts, a little tamarind water and gradually
add the mashed sweet potato, the remaining tamarind water, sugar and
salt.

Boil on a slow fire until it is well cooked.
