Spicy Plum Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 x 400 g
1/3 cup
1 tbsp
1/4 tsp
2 tsp

can plums
vinegar
sugar
Chinese five-spice
cornflour

 

Method:

  1. Pit the plums and place with liquid in a food processor and process to a puree.

  2. Transfer to a saucepan, add the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring, until thickened.
