tumeric (kunyit) powder
cinnamon (kayu manis) powder

peanuts, roasted & ground
satay sticks or skewers |

Method:

Cut pork or chicken into small
pieces, knead with the above ingredients, adding
one at a time.

Tread a few pieces of meat on the
top half of each satay stick.

Grill the meat and brushing with
additional oil.

Serve with satay
sauce .
