Ingredients:

Pancake (mix):

eggs, beaten
milk

oil
minced pork
pinch of nutmeg

dash of pepper
onion, chopped
green peas
oil
cornflour
water or milk
bread crumbs
egg, beaten

Method:

To make pancakes, make a batter
from the pancake ingredients and then fry in a
small frying pan, over a low fire, into small,
thin pancakes. Makes 20 pancakes.

Meat filling: Over a high fire,
heat a frying pan until very hot. Add in 2 tbsp
oil, stir-fry the onion and then the spiced
minced meat. Add in the green peas and the corn
flour mixture. Fry until almost dry, set aside
to cool. Place a little meat filling at one edge
of a pancake, flap the short end and two sides
over, and then roll the mixture the length of
the pancake, exactly like a spring roll.

Dip the pancake rolls in the
beaten egg and then the bread crumbs. Deep fry.
