Chinese Spring Onion Pancake Recipe

 


Ingredients (A):

70 g
20 g
2 tbsp
2 tsp
130 ml
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp

Ingredients (B):
50 g
75 g
1 tbsp

 

plain flour
tapioca flour
rice flour
corn flour
water
salt
chicken stock granules
pepper
sugar


chopped chives
shelled-prawns, chopped
chopped red chilies

 

Method:

  1. Combine ingredients (A) in a mixing bowl to form a batter. Strain, then add in seasoning and add in ingredients B and mix.

  2. heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. put in one ladleful of batter and shallow-fry it over low heat until cooked on one side. Flip the pancake over and cook until its golden. Remove and serve pancakes immediately.
