Ingredients

pate of your choice
slices of gruyere cheese
slices of bread
eggs, beaten

Method:

  1. With a pastry cutter, cut the slices of bread and cheese into circle of 4 cm in diameter. Spread pate on each slice of bread. Place cheese on top and sandwich with another slice of bread. dip the bread in beaten egg and fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot.
