Stuffed Capsicum Pieces Recipe

 


Ingredients

red capsicum (peppers)
minced pork
shrimps, shelled and chopped
back bacon, chopped
beaten egg
salt
soy sauce
ground black pepper
corn flour
oregano

Method:

  1. Seed and cut the capsicums into bite-size pieces. Combine minced pork with shrimps and bacon. Add egg and seasoning and marinate for about 20 minutes.

  2. Stuff the capsicum pieces with the pork mixture. Smooth the surface with wet fingers. Fry in hot oil until golden brown or when meat is cooked.

  3. Serve with chili sauce, if desired.
