Chicken Feet and Peanut Soup Recipe

 



Ingredients:

Seasoning:

pairs of chicken feet, washed and cut in halves.
peanuts, soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes, then skinned
red dates, seeded
dried scallop, washed
preserved salted radish, soaked for 30 minutes and cut into 1 cm slices
boiling water

Method:

  1. Combine chicken feet, peanuts, red dates, scallop and preserved salted radish in a double-boiler pot. Add boiling water. Double-boil for 1 1/2 hours over a medium-low heat or until chicken feet are tender. Add seasoning. Serve immediately.
