Ingredients:

Seasoning:

oil
sliced garlic
stock
Chinese spinach
century egg, diced
fine ikan bilis, fried
salt
light soy sauce
Dash of pepper and chicken stock granules |

Directions:

Heat up 1 tbsp
oil and saute sliced garlic until fragrant. Pour
in stock and bring to boil.

Put in Chinese spinach and cook
for about 3 minutes. Add in seasoning, century
egg and bring to boil. Dish up.

Sprinkle fried ikan bilis on top
and serve hot.
Tips: Use young spinach shoots to cook
the soup so that it is nice and smooth. If ordinary
spinach are used, the tough older parts must be removed.
