Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

fresh button mushrooms, thinly
sliced
butter
onion, finely chopped
clove garlic, minced
plain flour
chicken stock soup
UHT milk
Dash of salt and pepper
whipping cream
chopped parsley

Method:
-
Melt butter in a saucepan. Fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms
until soft. Sprinkle flour over and stir briskly. Slowly pour in
chicken stock, then milk, stirring continuously to blend. Bring to a
boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt
and pepper and remove the saucepan from the heat.
