Tasty Mushroom Soup Recipe

 



Ingredients:

Marinade:
1/2 tsp

Seasoning:
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 tbsp
11/2 tbsp
1 cube
1

Thickening (mix):
2 tsp
1 tbsp

 

chicken breast meat, shredded
medium-size prawns, shelled but with tails intact
sliced button mushrooms, scalded
black fungus (mok yee), soaked and thinly sliced
piece dried black mushroom, soaked and thinly sliced
water


sesame oil
egg white
Pinch of salt and sugar
Dash of pepper


salt
light soy sauce
pepper
sesame oil
Shao Hsing Hua Tiao wine
chicken stock
beaten egg



corn flour
water
 

Method:

  1. Marinade chicken meat and prawns for 30 minutes.

  2. Bring the water to a boil in a deep saucepan. Put in mushrooms, black fungus, prawns and chicken. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. lower the heat, add seasoning and thickening. Turn off the heat and stir in the egg. Serve immediately.
