Carrot Pudding with Water Chestnut Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

375 g
1
1/2 cup
14 g
5 cups
1 cup

water chestnuts
small carrot (grated)
corn flour
agar-agar
water
skimmed milk
sugar
 

Method:

  1. Finely cut agar-agar with scissors. Soak in water for 25 minutes. Remove and drain.

  2. Wash water chestnuts. Peel and finely cut. Put into mixer with some water and blend into juice.

  3. Mix corn flour with 1 cup of water chestnut juice and skimmed milk.

  4. Bring 5 cups of water to the boil. Add agar-agar and cook until it has dissolved. Add corn flour solution and carrot. Mix well and cook until the mixture slightly thickens. Pour it into several cups. Allow to cool. Refrigerate and serve.
