Hasma and Qi Zi Thin Syrup Recipe Sweets

Ingredients:

hasma
Qi Zhi
dried longans
rock sugar
water
Method:
Soak hasma in
water for 4 hours or overnight. Remove dirt.
Wash and scald for a while. Dish up and drain
well.
Wash Qi Zi and dried longans.
Bring 8 cups or a suitable amount
of water to the boil. Add hasma, Qi Zi and dried
longans. Bring to the boil and reduce to low
heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add rock sugar and
cook until it has dissolved. Serve.
