Thai pumpkin

cold boiled water
Method:
Wash and wipe dry pumpkin. Make a
circular opening at the top. Remove the seeds.
Steam for 20 minutes. Scoop out the flesh. Allow
to cool.
Bring 1/3 cup of water (with
sugar and salt added) to the boil. Add coconut
cream. Bring to the boil again. Remove from
heat. Allow to cool.
Mix gelatine with 1/3 cup of cold
boiled water. Pour into syrup. Stir well. Add
fresh milk and pumpkin flesh. Stir well. Fold
all the ingredients into the hollow of pumpkin.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve.
