Red Rice with Dried Longans and Dried Lily Recipe

Ingredients:

19 g
75 g
3/4 cup
150 g

dried longans
dried lily
red rice
rock sugar

Method:

  1. Wash red rice and soak in 1 cup of water for 2 hours.

  2. Wash dried lily and rock sugar.

  3. Pour 6 cups of water into the inner pot of the vacuum pot. Add red rice together with water used for soaking red rice and dried lily. Cook for 20 minutes. Transfer the inner pot to the outer one and cook for 2 hours. Take out the inner pot, add dried longans and rock sugar, and cook for 10 minutes.
