Sago and Mungbean Soup Recipe Sweets

Ingredients:

mungbeans (skin removed)
sago
coconut juice
evaporated milk
rock sugar
water
Method:
Steam mungbeans in 1/2 cup of
water for 20 minutes until tender and dish up.
Soak sago for 30 minutes and
drain.
Bring water to the boil, add
sugar, coconut juice, evaporated milk and then
mungbeans. Bring to the boil. Put in sago and
cook until transparent. Ready to serve.
